'Delphi Certified Developer' 시험과 'Delphi Certified Master Developer' 시험의 수수료는 각각 49달러와 149달러입니다. 온라인 시험인 'Delphi Certified Developer'의 경우 온라인으로 시험 코드를 구입할 수 있습니다.

Delphi XE나 RAD Studio XE 정품을 사용중인 개발자는 'Delphi Certified Developer' 시험 시험을 1회 무료로 치를 수 있습니다. 무료 시험은 2011년 7월 31일까지 신청해야 하며, 구입 혹은 무료로 받은 시험 코드의 유효 기간은 90일입니다.
