Qualifications for skills:
Object Oriented Analysis & Design
The candidate could understand & analyze the specification document explaining features to
capture user requirements and to find out possible packages being used to divide whole system
into certain components. Sharp eyes on identifying objects resided in specification document
and system to make system stable, flexible, scalable and high performance will be highly appreciated.
The candidate is supposed to have the technical capability to create class diagram from the
scratch by reading specification of application.
OOP
The candidate should know how to use UML and how to implement the application in OO manner.
In short, the candidate could create a component by reading class design diagram written in UML
notation. The candidate must have good perception about OOP concepts and standard when to
use those concepts such as Inheritance, polymorphism.
Languages : C, C++, Object Pascal, Java
The candidate who does not care about the programming languages itself might be preferable.
The candidate with understanding on programming language might not be meticulous to choose programming
language because language is just language nothing more than that.
Understanding on basic algorithms and data structures
The candidate is supposed to be able to choose a right algorithm and data structure to
tackle a problem or to enhance existing algorithms or data structures to complete the task
rather than just stick to use very basic data structures or algorithms such as array or integer.

The candidate will be working on following platform and development languages. In case development
language, we use all three languages to develop a product.

안정화 및 2차 버전 개발
1) Senior Engineer: 1명
- CTO 밑에서 개발팀 총괄 (개발 진행상황 체크, 업무 할당, 보고)
- Design modules (OOAD 방식): 전체시스템 디자인은 아님.
- Implement modules
- Test & debugging agent, agent handler and console of To the Limit
2) Junior Engineers: 2명
- Implement designed modules: write codes to create modules
- Test & debugging agent, agent handler and console of To the Limit
