>> psClear    No line is drawn (used to omit the line around shapes that draw an outline using the current pen).
psInsideFrame    A solid line, but one that may use a dithered color if Width is greater than 1.

원하시는 용도가 맞는진 모르겠는데,

예쁘게 점선을 그린다든지 하려면 Graphics32 라이브러리를 추천해 드립니다.
(SetStipple 함수가 있지요)
