저도 같은 증상으로 인터넷 검색해서 시도해봤지만 안되더군요.
운영체제 다시설치, 백신제거, ActiveX 삭제 등 다 실패.
RAD STUDIO 10 SEATTLE에선 버그가 잡혔을거라 믿고 설치해봤지만
안되서 포기했습니다. QC에도 요구가 있었는데 버그를 안잡는 건지,,
아님 실력이 없어서 못잡는 건지,, 몇년째 이모양이네요.
