S/W  engineer :
1. S/W development in a PC based environment (Win2000)
2. Develop software architecture to lead the design and develop multimedia related products

Qualification
1. BA, MA degree in computer science, electronic, electrical or related technical field Preferred
2. Software development experience and debugging skills
3. Knowledge on 2D, 3D graphics, audio & video
4. Capable to manage C/C++, Win32, ATL, COM/COM+, Network, Database in a PC window environment

Experience
At least 2 years experience in software development

H/W video I/O engineer
1. Input / Output the TV signals like NTSC, PAL
2. Convert the VGA signal to TV and vice versa.
3. Make VGA signal

Qualification
1. Have understanding and practical experiences on the Video format
2. Have abilities to implement/debug a circuit with VHDL.
3. Have experience to debug the PCB which is larger than A4 size.
4. BA degree in electrical engineering

Experience
At least 3 years experience at the electrical H/W developing company.

H/W signal processing engineer :
1. Design the filter , FFT circuit , and simulate with C and Matlab
2. Implement and debug the simulated result in the board
3. Use VHDL, FPGA as a implementation tool

Qualification
1. Abilities to program C, Matlab, VHDL proficiently (MUST)
2. Have experience to debug the PCB which is larger than A4 size
3. Have experience to design and debug the FPGA which is larger than 200K gates.
4. Have abilities to design the adaptive filters
5. MA degree in electrical engineering

Experience
At least 5 years experience at the electrical H/W developing company.
