We are looking for candidates to participate in un-moderated user feedback studies. Successful participants will interact with products such as mobile devices or online services and then answer a number of questions where you will be asked to provide personal feedback on the product or service.
The goal of these studies is to better understand products and services and to determine if the needs and expectations of the user are being met. In addition to, identifying any recommendations for improving products or services in your market.
In order to work on these studies there may be a requirement to undertake device configuration which would require some basic technical setup and installation.
The studies are designed to record participants as they carry out tasks, which may include completing a customer online form / questionnaire, capturing screenshots, providing local insights, the recording of voice over videos for those tasks, and the creation of user based bug reports based on those tasks.
This project focuses on public feedback to availability of election information and results in your country. The ultimate goal will be to understand how users obtain, use & interpret election results via computer/mobile in each country.

What are the main requirements for the job?
•    You must be living in South Korea
•    Fluency in English and Korean
•    Ability to work on your own & deliver clear and concise quality  results
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills.
•          High Speed Internet connection. Minimum upload speed of 1mpbs
